I ordered from Kingpins and it was all straightforward. The service was quick, I got updates along the way without needing to chase anyone, and my order actually arrived earlier than I expected. The only reason I’d knock off a star is that the packaging could’ve been a bit tidier. Still, overall I had a good experience and I’d be happy to order from them again.

I went to Kingpins and the whole parking process was really straightforward. There were spaces close by, no hassle, and I didn’t have to waste time driving around. It made the visit feel much more relaxed from the start.

The site was a pain to get around. Some of the buttons didn’t work well with my screen reader, and the text contrast was rough in a few spots, so I kept having to slow down and guess my way through things. I did eventually find what I needed, but it took way longer than it should have. What bugs me most is that companies seem to get away with this kind of stuff through policy loopholes, like technically checking some accessibility box without making the site actually usable for real people.

I felt safe overall, but the supervision seemed a little patchy at times.

I was hoping to like this place, but the food was bland and showed up lukewarm, which kind of ruined the whole meal for me. Nothing really stood out, and I didn’t end up enjoying any of it. Maybe they were having an off day, or maybe they’re cutting corners a bit when it gets busy, but either way it just didn’t feel worth it.

I tried booking through kingpins.co.uk and, it was more hassle than I expected. The pages seemed to load slowly, and I wasn’t totally sure at each step what had actually been confirmed. I ended up going back a few times just to double-check things, which got annoying quickly. By the end, I think the booking went through, but I’m still not 100% confident it did. Not the best first impression.

Went to King Pins thinking we’d have a decent choice of drinks while we played, but it was limited.

They had the usual beers and soft drinks, but nothing that really stood out. I didn’t see much in the way of ciders or cocktails, and a couple of things we asked for weren’t available. Not saying it’s a scam, but it felt a bit disappointing for what you’d expect at a place like that.

The staff were fine and friendly enough, so no complaints there. I’d still go back for the bowling, just probably wouldn’t bother planning on having drinks there.

I had some trouble logging in at first, and that whole thing was a bit annoying. I emailed support back and forth a few times, and they did end up fixing it. It took longer than I thought it would, but in the end it was handled, so I can’t complain too much.

The kids loved it, honestly. They had a really fun time, and the staff were nice too, which always makes the whole experience easier...

I went in thinking there would be a decent variety of arcade games, but there weren’t many to choose from. It felt a bit misleading based on what I expected, and I left disappointed

I ordered from kingpins.co.uk thinking it would be a bit better for the price, but once it arrived I was kind of left feeling like I’d paid more than it was really worth. The item itself was fine, nothing wrong with it exactly, and it wasn’t terrible, but it just didn’t really impress me either. Delivery was smooth enough, so no complaints there, but when I added everything up, it didn’t feel like great value. I’d probably only order again if the prices came down a bit.

Went here for a work night out it was a bit of a mess. Booking seemed fine at first, but once we arrived everything felt unorganised and the staff all looked rushed off their feet. The lanes were okay and we did still manage to have a laugh, but the food took ages and a few drinks were just forgotten. At one point it kind of felt like we were trapped there waiting around because we’d already paid and didn’t really have another option. It wasn’t terrible, but for the price I definitely expected things to run a lot more smoothly.

The ball arrived in good shape, and the shoes fit well enough, I think. Overall, it seems like everything is fine?

The atmosphere was really nice, just busy enough to feel lively but not so loud you couldn’t chat. The staff seemed chill too. I’d definitely go back again with my mates

I had to reach out to customer service about my order and, it was kind of slow. Like, they did fix the issue in the end, so fair enough, but the replies took longer than I thought and the whole back-and-forth dragged a bit. Not the worst experience or anything, just feels like it could be quicker.

I’ll be honest, I usually stick with my go-to bowling spot, so going to Kingpins felt a bit like I was betraying my usual place. I was also expecting the queue to be painful, but it actually moved really quickly. The staff kept everything organised and let us know what was going on, which made a big difference. Ended up being way less annoying than I thought it would be

I took my son and a few of his friends bowling for his birthday, and overall I’m glad we went because the kids had a great time. The bowling itself was fun, but I have to say the food took way longer than I expected, which made the whole thing feel a bit more stressful for me. The staff seemed rushed too, so it wasn’t quite the easy, relaxed birthday outing I had in mind. The kids were happy in the end, which matters most, but from my side it definitely could’ve gone smoother.

It just didn’t work that smoothly for me. It kept sticking here and there, and the whole thing felt kind of uneven, like it wasn’t gliding or sitting right. Not a huge detailed explanation, but yeah, it was annoying to use.

I thought the layout was good overall. It felt easy enough to follow and didn’t really confuse me, if that makes sense. I think most people would probably find it straightforward too, right?
